Based in Springvale, Elle Grooms offers professional boutique grooming services in a relaxed, homey environment. Our approach focuses on grooming at your dog's pace to foster a trusting relationship, emphasizing the Three C's: Calm, Confident, and Cooperative. This methodology ensures a safe and pleasant grooming experience.
We prioritise Australian-made, environmentally conscious products that enhance the health of your pet’s coat and skin. Extensive experience in various salon settings has shaped our preferences and practices, integrating the best techniques from many mentors.
Elle Grooms is dedicated to continuous learning and the adoption of best practices, currently pursuing certification in Fear Free Grooming and as a Pet Esthetician. Our salon features purpose-built areas for play and relaxation, ensuring a cozy environment.
Grooming is conducted on a one-on-one basis, with Ellen's German Shepherd, Lance, providing companionship and oversight. Friendly pups may enjoy playtime, while Lance remains a watchful presence.
Meet Owner & Head Groomer, Ellen
Elle’s love for animals kicked off at 10, volunteering at her local Equestrian Centre where her passion for horses grew exponentially. With her parents’ support, she jumped into tasks most kids her age would run from, which led to her first job as a Stablehand, looking after about 50 horses. After high school, she worked as a bather in a Brisbane grooming salon while studying at the University of Queensland, and continued building her skills in animal care.
Now, Elle pours her heart into grooming, hanging out with her dog Lance, and caring for her horses. She runs her business with honesty, integrity, and a genuine care for animals, making sure every choice reflects her love for what she does.
