Yes, prices are available as a guide on our Booking page.
Please note these are a starting price, and we use weight, height, coat condition, and behaviour to factor in how much time and product your dog’s groom may take. -
No, bookings are essential to how we run our days. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and any walk in enquiries take our attention away from the pups currently with us.

Honestly, it depends on the breed and coat type, but all dogs deserve grooming and they deserve it to be a normal occurrence for them, not a punishment.
Monthly grooming whether it be a full groom, a wash up, or a tidy, is the ideal frequency. This is especially important for puppies or dogs with behavioural considerations.
We will suggest a frequency we believe is best for your dog.
6 Weekly is the industry standard for any dog that receives a haircut and is brushed a minimum of 3-4 times a week, down to the skin.

Our ideal client is someone dedicated to looking after their dog and plans for this.
They understand when their pet needs a bit more support with some “Extra Care”, or a behavioural groom add-on due to some aversions they may have.
They keep their dog on a 4-6 weekly schedule and notify us with plenty of time if any changes are necessary to the schedule. They also understand that as a small service-based business, we are doing our best to keep the quality of care high. -
No, Elle is very experienced and has a passion for working with fear aggressive or high intensity dogs like working dogs. As the owner of a GSD and of horses, Elle is passionate about creating boundaries for her doggy clients to be able to safely enjoy their time at the salon within.
Our main concern is for the safety of all dogs and staff, so if your dog has a history of behavioural considerations, please ensure you make this known at the earliest point possible, and seek advice on creating a booking.
